MEDICATION REMINDERS Never miss a dose with scheduled reminders and a simple daily checklist. WELLNESS INSIGHTS See patterns in your sleep, hydration, activity, and stress over time, including a monthly wellness calendar you can tap to revisit any day you have logged. VITALS AND LABS Log heart rate, blood pressure, glucose, and more by hand, and record your lab results so they are all in one place. APPOINTMENTS Keep upcoming care visits on a simple calendar. EMERGENCY ID Record your blood type, critical allergies, conditions, current medications and an emergency contact, and reach them from a reduced-access screen for use in an emergency. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data is stored encrypted on your device, and no account is required to use ChronCare. Nothing you log is uploaded, sold, or shared with advertisers. ChronCare is free to use. You can log as much as you like, and the free tier keeps your most recent 14 days of history - symptoms, vitals, wellness and Insights - plus up to 10 medications, appointments and your Emergency ID. CHRONCARE PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) Unlocks your full logged history - trends, correlations and flare-risk across everything you have ever recorded, with no time limit - removes the medication limit, and adds the provider health-summary export. Nothing you log is ever deleted. Older entries are simply outside the free window, and reappear if you subscribe.
