台灣法規只讓商船和漁船使用 AIS。划獨木舟、玩 SUP、划船釣魚或浮潛，在海上系統是隱形人。那艘船看不到你，但你可以看到那艘船。三件事讓你在海上不孤立： 1. 看見威脅：AIS 船隻即時顯示在地圖上，靠近時手機震動提醒。1000 公尺外就告訴你方向、距離、幾分鐘後最近點。手機放口袋，照樣感知威脅。 2. 讀懂海況：台灣 12 個港口潮汐資料內建。12分法告訴你現在是幾分流——出發前先看，不值得去就不去。 3. 被找到：出事時，一鍵傳送你的 GPS 精確座標給設定緊急羅洛人和 118 海巡報案。118 台灣海巡找不到人，往往是因為座標不準。這個 App 直接解決這件事。由美國 ACA 認證海洋獨木舟教練設計開發，開發者本人每次出海都用它。注意事項：AIS 訊號有 30–60 秒延遲，無 AIS 發報器的小漁船有可能不在系統中。請在 1000 公尺警示時就採取行動，勿依賴本 App 作為唯一安全措施。
