Full description

Childminder Parent Connect brings childcare search, family communication and secure record keeping together in one place. Parents can discover childminders, send enquiries, manage family information and stay connected with their childcare provider. Childminders can manage professional records, messages, attendance, hours, invoices, documents and family information from a single account. Key features include: • Find Childminder – search published childminder profiles and review information such as location, services, opening hours and childcare options. • Childcare Search Profile – parents can share general childcare requirements with verified childminders while avoiding sensitive child information. • Private Child Records – complete and manage child record forms securely, including parent details, emergency contacts, medical information, permissions and signatures. • Signatures and record history – support for typed or drawn parent signatures, printable copies and signed-version history. • Monthly hours – review contracted and additional childcare hours by month. • Attendance and communication – keep track of attendance, messages, family updates and childcare activity. • Invoices and payments – view childcare invoices and payment information linked to your account. • Professional tools for childminders – access contracts, policies, consent forms, documents, compliance tools and profile settings. • Parent Plus – eligible parents may receive complimentary Parent Plus access for the first 12 months. Core parent access and childcare search remain available without Parent Plus. Childminder Parent Connect is designed for adult parents, guardians, carers and professional childminders. Some features require an active childminder account or an accepted family invitation. Availability of features may vary depending on account type and access permissions.
