FIND A SERVICE PROVIDER YOU CAN TRUST • Service providers where you're building: builders and project managers, each with a checked phone number and the builds they're already on. • Ask a few for quotes from your estimate, so every quote prices the same house, phase by phase. Each one is set against local rates, and a price far under the range is flagged before you choose. • Choose one and they join your build. No money goes through the app, and nobody takes a cut. SEE IT HAPPEN • Your house construction phase by phase, from the ground to handover, with dated site photos for each stage. • A timeline of the whole build that shows what's next and what's running late. LET THE PEOPLE ON SITE UPDATE IT • Invite your builder, project manager or family with a code. No account needed on their end. • They add site photos, and a builder you allow logs payments with the receipt. • Nothing counts until you approve it, and you're told the moment something is waiting. KNOW WHAT IT SHOULD COST • Estimate your house before the first brick: describe it, or upload the plan, and get a cost for each phase at local rates for Zimbabwe, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana. • One tap turns it into your budgets, so you see early when a stage is running over.
