HOW THE CONTENT IS CHECKED Every question is validated before it is published: exactly one correct answer, and a stated reason on every wrong one. Any learner can report a question from the question itself, and it is fixed or withdrawn. A question whose answer statistics look wrong is flagged for review automatically.
