Standing: Subscriptions

Standing keeps every subscription in one place and tells you what you actually pay, not what you are billed. SEE THE REAL MONTHLY COST Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly plans are normalised to one comparable figure. A yearly plan is not cheaper because it renews less often, and Standing shows the difference. Switch between monthly and yearly views with one tap. SPLIT SHARED PLANS A family plan billed at Rs 649 across four people costs you Rs 162. Most trackers show the full amount and overstate your spending. Standing records how many people share each plan and totals your share, while reminders still quote the full charge that will leave the account. KNOW WHERE TO CANCEL Recording the amount is not enough. A UPI AutoPay mandate can only be cancelled from the app that created it. A card e-mandate is stopped at your bank. An app store subscription is cancelled in the store, not with the merchant. Standing records which rail charges each subscription and shows the cancellation route. CATCH TRIALS BEFORE THEY CHARGE YOU Mark a subscription as a free trial with its end date and Standing warns you before it converts to paid, separately from the renewal reminder. SEE WHEN MONEY ACTUALLY LEAVES A monthly average hides a yearly plan renewing in March. The upcoming chart shows what falls due over the next six months, so a large renewal is visible before it lands. PRIVACY Standing has no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you enter stays in the app's private storage on your phone and is never uploaded. There is no bank login. Export a backup whenever you want, as a plain readable JSON file you control. Uninstalling the app deletes everything, so keep a backup if the data matters. BUILT FOR INDIA UPI AutoPay, card e-mandates, Google Play and App Store billing, net banking standing instructions, and direct merchant billing are all first-class, with the cancellation route for each. Amounts use Indian digit grouping. NO SUBSCRIPTION Standing does not have a subscription. That would be a strange thing for a subscription tracker to ask of you.
