With features like attendance management, activity tracking, real-time GPS tracking, and campaign management, the app aims to streamline marketing operations, improve communication, and facilitate better decision-making for enhanced customer engagement. While the current focus is on marketing, future plans include expanding the app to meet the needs of farmers. Additional features tailored for farmers, such as crop management, yield tracking, and access to agricultural resources, will be incorporated in future phases. Key functionalities include role-specific features for attendance and leave management, tour tracking, and geo-tagging of locations. Role-based views promote effective collaboration among farmers, field assistants, and supervisors, with communication facilitated through alerts and notifications. A knowledge center provides valuable resources for self-help, including training videos and content on fertilizer usage and agricultural practices. Real-time activity tracking enables supervisors to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and make data- driven decisions. The app ensures data integrity through enforced check-in and check-out policies, capturing customer feedback and testimonials. The utility center streamlines expense tracking and reporting processes, supporting accurate financial records. Chambal’s Uttam Connect is set to become a comprehensive solution for the entire agricultural ecosystem, empowering both marketing professionals and farmers with the tools they need for success.
