CertGuard — Certification Tracker & License Renewal Reminders Never miss a recertification deadline again. CertGuard is a certification tracker and license renewal reminder app built for EMS, medical, and security professionals who need to keep every credential current. Built for EMTs, Paramedics & Security Professionals Quick-add templates for NREMT EMT and Paramedic certifications get you started in seconds, with built-in CE hour requirements for each. Track state EMS licenses, security guard cards, and any other professional certification — organized by category so you always know what's current and what's coming due. Automatic Expiration Alerts Push notifications fire automatically at 6 months, 30 days, and 7 days before every expiration date — so recertification never sneaks up on you. Want more? Turn on calendar sync to add renewal events straight to your calendar, or enable email and text reminders that pre-fill a message to yourself when you tap a notification. Track CE Hours by Certification Each certification tracks its own continuing education requirement — like 24 CE hours every 2 years for EMT or 60 for Paramedic — so you always know what's owed before your renewal window closes. Store Your Documents Securely Scan or photograph your certification cards, or upload existing documents, so proof is always on hand when you need it — for a job site, an inspection, or a renewal application. Stay Organized Filter and sort by expiration date, issue date, or type/category. Color-coded status indicators show at a glance which credentials need attention first. Perfect for: EMTs and Paramedics tracking NREMT and state EMS certifications Security guards managing state security licenses Contractors and licensed professionals juggling multiple renewal dates Anyone who needs a simple, reliable license and certification tracker Download CertGuard and take control of your certification renewals — before they take control of you. CE hour requirements and renewal rules vary by state and can change — always confirm with your official licensing authority.
