CTS HRMS – Attendance & Leave

CTS HRMS is the employee self-service app for organizations using the CTS HRMS platform. You sign in with the employee credentials provided by your employer — this is an internal workplace app, not a standalone consumer service. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THIS APP Attendance • Punch in and punch out for the day • Your location is recorded at the moment you punch, as required by your employer's attendance policy • An optional face-recognition check confirms it's really you punching in • A live timer shows how long you've been punched in today • View your full monthly attendance record, including overtime and late marks • Raise a regularization request (with a remark) if a punch was missed or wrong Leave • Apply for leave by selecting a leave type and date range • See your current leave balance and what it will be after this request • Track whether each request is pending, approved, or rejected • Edit or cancel a request while it is still pending • Browse your complete leave history Expense Reimbursements • Photograph a receipt; the app reads the merchant, date, and amount for you • Review and edit the itemized list, tax, and total before submitting • Track each claim through pending and approved stages • Search and filter your past claims by date Team • View your reporting manager(s) and, if applicable, your direct reports • Open your team directory with names, designations, and contact details • See upcoming birthdays, work anniversaries, and company holidays Dashboard • A single home screen summarizing today's attendance, your leave balance, and your expense claim status PERMISSIONS AND WHY THEY ARE USED • Location: accessed only when you tap Punch In or Punch Out, to attach the location to that attendance entry. The app does not track your location in the background. • Camera: used only when you choose to (a) run the optional face-recognition check at punch-in, or (b) photograph a receipt for an expense claim. REQUIREMENTS An active CTS HRMS account with your employer is required to sign in. Without it, the app cannot be used.
