Cepello: Mushroom Map

Cepello shows you where the habitat suits edible mushrooms, anywhere in Switzerland, and when the weather is right to go. HOW IT WORKS Cepello combines public data (elevation, slope, aspect, tree species, bedrock, soil acidity, vegetation belt) to compute, on squares of 10 to 50 m depending on the dataset, a habitat score for each species. Water stored in the soil, temperatures and each species' own season then give a flush index for today and the next 14 days. SPECIES Penny bun, summer bolete, bronze bolete, morel, chanterelle, horn of plenty. FREE Approximate zones, 14-day flush index, field guide with look-alikes, foraging guide, rules of all 26 cantons, finds journal (stored on your phone only). PREMIUM Precise zones down to 10 m, full habitat sheet, weather filter on the map, 26-day rain history, offline. COVERAGE The map covers Switzerland only for now. More countries will follow.
