Exhaust System IQ

Stop guessing at exhaust pipe size. Exhaust System IQ calculates a real, horsepower-driven recommendation — sized against real dyno and track reference points, not a rule of thumb. MAIN PIPE SIZING, TWO WAYS Most calculators offer a single value based on peak horsepower and call it a day. This app provides two sizes: a Racing/Max RPM size for full-throttle power, and an Average/Operating RPM size for street-driven applications based on more common, non-racing use. See both, and understand the real tradeoff between them. AIRFLOW CROSS-CHECK Enter the engine's displacement, RPM, and volumetric efficiency percentage (VE), and the app checks whether the entered horsepower is realistic for that combination — catching entry mistakes before they lead to a mis-sized system. BUILT FOR REAL COMBOS (PRO) - Fuel type, induction, boost (turbo or supercharger), and nitrous support, each with its own effect on exhaust gas volume and velocity. - Measured airflow support — Have fuel injection that uses a Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) and tools to read it? Enter it along with the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) to get an exact volumetric efficiency number rather than an estimate. - Flow Restriction and true inside diameter (ID) — provides the number that actually determines flow — after accounting for wall thickness, since the exhaust pipe is measured and sold by outside diameter (OD), not the smaller inside diameter the exhaust gases actually flow through. - Save up to 5 full setups by name and jump back to any of them instantly. MADE TO ACTUALLY USE Adjustable text size and color themes, shareable results straight from the app, and a direct line to support when needed. Exhaust System IQ is built by Century Performance Center for people who want their exhaust sizing decision to be based on math, not a guess.
