Arise: Mantras & Stotras

Begin your day with the right mantra. Every day, Arise gives you three mantras or stotras chosen for different moments of the day. Read or listen to the suggested mantra that fits your need for the day, or revisit the past six days of recommendations any time. A daily practice is hard for two reasons: knowing what to chant, and staying with it. Arise takes care of the first so you can focus on the second. Open Today in the morning, browse by need when something is on your mind, and end the day listening to a recitation.
