centred soul

Centred Soul is a sanctuary of lunar rhythm, sound healing, and intuitive exploration — created by Kamala Kay Brown, meditation coach, sound therapist, energy practitioner, artist and yoga teacher. Rooted in ceremony and developed within the sacred space of the Forestside Healing Lodge, this app is a living, breathing expression of soul car. At the core of the app lies a deep connection to your heart centre, the moon, the power of sound, and the language of color and intuition. Moon Transmissions Held in sacred ceremony on each New and Full Moon, these sound transmissions allow you to align with lunar rhythms. Set intentions, release what no longer serves, and journey inward with two new transmissions every month — infused with the healing tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Self Regulation Soul-first aid for moments when you need to return to center. These practices help regulate your nervous system, discharge energy, and ground your presence — ideal for quick resets and emotional balance. Alchemy Crystal Sound Medicine A unique sound healing library featuring Kamala’s personal collection of 12 Crystal Tones, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Each bowl carries its own energetic essence, offering medicine for clearing, recharging, and aligning the subtle body. Soul Journeys Curated playlists that support you through life’s shifting chapters — sleep, grounding, grief, manifestation, confidence, connection, movement and playfulness to name a few. These journeys offer layered meditations, sound baths, and talks to meet you where you are - you choose intuitively from the playlist. Centred Soul Moments Each offering is accompanied by original non-figurative art — serving as visual gateways into the practice. Navigate intuitively by selecting the image you’re most drawn to and let your heart lead. Energy Center Practices Explore the body’s seven main energy centers through creative practices that include grounding & noticing, flow & play, intention, nurturing & healing, words and sound, seeing and expanding. Prayers of the Soul A soulful tapestry of prayers, sound medicine, songs, and poems from healers around the world. These sacred gifts connect you to collective wisdom and heart-centered expression. Oracle Tune into your heart and let spirit guide you. Shuffle and select from a trio of practices — or receive wisdom from the titles and how they apply to your situation. Gallery Let your intuition lead. Scroll through a visual gallery of painted icons and choose based on what you feel drawn to — a deeply personal and visual way to engage with the practices. Go Soul-O The heart of your personal practice. Use the Go Soul-O timer to hold your own sacred space — with or without guidance. A gentle nudge to self-lead your way into stillness and inner knowing. What’s New Each Month: 2x Moon Transmissions (New + Full Moon), a new guided meditation, practice, sound medicine or offering from a global healer.
