Gather by Cendance

Gather is the door app for churches on Cendance. It puts service check-in, kids pickup, and event admission in the hands of your welcome team, so guests get a warm hello instead of a clipboard. SUNDAYS, SIMPLIFIED • Open check-in right from the door • Find any family by name, email, or phone • Check in a whole household in two taps • Watch live attendance as the room fills KIDS, SAFE AND SOUND • Every child gets a pickup code at check-in • Codes reach parents by email or text • Checkout verifies the code before a child leaves • Overrides are possible, and always on the record EVENTS WITHOUT LINES • Scan ticket QR codes with the camera, flashlight included • Pair a Bluetooth laser scanner for the fastest doors • See tickets scanned against tickets issued, live • Look up any reservation by name, email, or code • Sell door tickets and check the party straight in WALK-INS WELCOME • Register a new guest and their household in one flow • They land in your People database, checked in and counted WORKS WHEN WI-FI DOESN'T Busy venues drop connections. Gather keeps taking check-ins and registrations offline and syncs them the moment you are back online. BUILT FOR TEAMS • Switch between the ministries you serve • Scope the door to your campus • Access follows your ministry's roles
