CDSIMER Intern

CDSIMER is the internship management system for CDSIMER medical interns, faculty, heads of department, administrators, and report staff. It brings the clinical rotation workflow into one mobile app. For interns • See your current clinical rotation, department, and assigned faculty • Log the procedures and skills you perform, with a reflection on each • Attach evidence photos taken at your clinical location • Punch In and Punch Out for attendance; where your department requires it, your location is checked once at the moment you punch — never tracked in the background • Track your attendance history and internship timeline • Complete rotation assessments, and request the reports you need • Get notified when faculty is assigned, when your work is reviewed, and when a new app version is available For faculty and heads of department • Review and approve intern skill logs and reflections • Mark and review attendance, and review attendance correction requests • Supervise assigned interns and view department performance • Post announcements to the right department or rotation For administrators • Manage departments, users, skills, and rotation schedules • Configure approved attendance locations and per-department location rules • Monitor a full system audit log Access is permission-aware: every role sees only what it is responsible for. Accounts are issued by the institution — there is no public sign-up.
