RespectPlay

Officials are walking away from sport. Unfiltered abuse, no feedback systems, and zero support are driving referees and umpires out faster than associations can recruit them. RespectPlay changes that. RespectPlay is a referee and umpire feedback platform built for sporting associations. It gives team managers and spectators a structured, moderated channel to provide constructive feedback on officiating - while protecting officials from abuse with AI-powered content moderation. Every piece of feedback is automatically reviewed before it reaches anyone. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is flagged and sanitized, ensuring a safe and professional environment for everyone involved. HOW IT WORKS 1. Browse games and fixtures for your association 2. Submit structured feedback on officials after a match 3. AI moderation reviews and sanitizes all content automatically 4. Association admins review and approve feedback 5.
