Cazmate – Family Home

Cazmate is the app that gets everyone on the same page about who's using the house, and when. A shared calendar, visible to all members, where everyone books their stays and sees availability at a glance. No more messy spreadsheets, group chats, or "I thought that weekend was free". Around the calendar, Cazmate brings together everything that keeps a shared home running: expenses, tasks, documents, inventory. One space, accessible to every member. THE SHARED CALENDAR, AT THE HEART OF CAZMATE Every member sees the occupancy schedule in real time, with a colour for each person. Someone requests a stay, the admin approves it, and everyone's kept in the loop. No more double-bookings, no more tension over dates. WHY CAZMATE Cazmate helps you: - Keep all your home's key information in one place - Coordinate stays with family and friends - Save time on everyday organisation - Make it clear who does what, and who pays what - Keep things running smoothly around a place that matters FOR EVERYONE WHO SHARES A PLACE THAT MATTERS A family home, a second home, a jointly owned property, a family trust, or simply a house shared between friends. If several of you enjoy the same place over time, Cazmate is made for you. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Shared expenses Add costs in seconds, split them between members, keep a clear history with receipts attached. Money between family and friends, finally transparent. Tasks and upkeep Track repairs and maintenance, with priorities, due dates, and a history of what's been done. Documents and practical info Shared notebooks, important documents, and all the useful details in one place: wifi, contacts, instructions. Inventory and shopping lists Know what's left in the cupboards and what needs restocking, together. Member management Roles that fit everyone (admin, member, guest), simple invitations, clear responsibilities. HOW IT WORKS Cazmate is organised by home. Create your first home and use Cazmate for free. On this first home, some advanced features (multiple admins, stay rules, extended history, recurring tasks, and more) require a subscription. From the second home onwards, a subscription is required for each additional home. The subscription is tied to the home, not the person: one payer is enough, and every member of the home benefits. Each home stays independent, with its own members and settings. SECURITY AND PRIVACY Data hosted in France, GDPR compliant. Role-based access, secure payments, and your data is never sold. AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE Web app on desktop and mobile apps, with automatic syncing across all your devices and all members. SUBSCRIPTION Cazmate offers an annual subscription of €89 per home, with unlimited members. Payment is charged through Google Play. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your account settings.
