CatatPO

"Running a group order means keeping track of it in your chat history. CatatPO turns that into a list you can actually read. RECORD ORDERS AS THEY ARRIVE Your buyers message you on WhatsApp or DM. Write each order down once, with the items and variants they picked. Buyers install nothing and sign up for nothing. SEE WHO STILL OWES YOU Deposits, settlements and shipping are tracked per order. One number on the home screen shows everything unpaid across every batch. NUDGE THEM IN ONE TAP The reminder opens WhatsApp with the message already written, addressed to the buyer who owes you. MOVE THE WHOLE BATCH AT ONCE PO open, Ordered, Arrived in Indonesia, Shipped. Change the batch instead of twenty orders one by one. Tracking numbers stay with the order they belong to. A RECAP YOUR SUPPLIER CAN READ How many of each item and each variant to order, counted from every order including the unpaid ones. Copy it in one tap. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account, no server, no internet needed. Your records are kept on this phone only and nothing is uploaded anywhere. No ads, no trackers, no analytics. EXPORT WHENEVER YOU WANT Share all of your orders as a real .xlsx spreadsheet that opens in Google Sheets or Excel. Opening the app takes a 4-digit PIN you choose yourself. Because nothing leaves your phone, nothing can be recovered if you lose it — share a spreadsheet copy now and then and keep it somewhere safe."
