Full description

Real cards, real rules, and ten Italian characters who talk, tease and remember you. Play solo against the computer, team up 2 vs 2, pass the phone around, or play friends online with a room code. Free, no ads, no account. NINE GAMES, REAL RULES - Scopa: match or add up to capture, sweep the table, chase the Settebello. First to 11. - Scopone: the 4-player Scopa with all 40 cards dealt. - Briscola: the trick-taking classic with a trump suit. Beat 60 of 120 points. - Tressette: the deep trick game of Southern Italy. Follow suit, count the thirds. - Cirulla: the Genoese favorite. Capture sums to 15, knock with a low hand, sweep with the Ace. - Sette e mezzo: the Italian Christmas game. Get close to 7 and a half without going bust. - Burraco: the rummy with the pozzetto. Build runs and sets, go for the burraco. - Scala 40: open with 40 points, meld, attach and go out first. - Ramino: classic Italian rummy, lowest score wins. THE REAL CARDS - Authentic Neapolitan deck for the Italian games: Denari, Coppe, Spade, Bastoni. - A classic public-domain French deck with red and blue lattice backs for Burraco, Scala 40 and Ramino. - Riffle shuffles, card slaps on a sweep, and a slow-motion Scopa moment. TEN CHARACTERS FROM ACROSS ITALY Gennaro from Napoli, Concetta from Palermo, Roberto from Roma, Giuseppina from Milano, Toni from Venezia, Gianna from Firenze, Totò from Bari, Ciccio from Tropea, Baciccia from Genova and Bonaria from Nuoro. - Each has a story, a real voice and sayings in dialect, with English underneath. - Over 1,400 voiced lines. They react to your moves, answer your chat and comment on your espresso. - They remember you: revenge after you beat them, a tease after they win. - Pick who sits at your table, or play as one of them. GIRO D'ITALIA Travel from Milano to Nuoro. Beat each character to earn a stamp in your passport, from Easy to Nonno. PLAY YOUR WAY - 1 vs 1, or 2 vs 2 with a partner. - Three levels: Easy, Expert and Nonno, who remembers every card played. - Pass and play on one phone. - Online rooms with a 4-letter code. Empty seats fill with the computer. - Quick Match with rankings and regional leaderboards: Napoli vs Milano. - Daily Challenge: the same deal for everyone, one try per day. LEARN TO PLAY - Narrated lessons for Scopa and Briscola on a chalkboard table. - Teach mode explains every move in one short line. - Simple rules for all nine games. LEARN A LITTLE ITALIAN - The game is in Italian with English one tap away. Hold the blue button to see any screen in English. - Tap any card to hear its name. Word of the day and a voiced vocabulary. A TABLE THAT FEELS REAL - Lifelike hands deal, lift and turn every card. - Three tables: Trattoria green felt, Amalfi painted tiles and the Cucina checkered cloth. - Optional room sounds: trattoria murmur, Amalfi waves, a simmering kitchen. - An espresso on the table. Tap it to take a sip. Stats for every game, offline play anywhere, no ads and no account. Whether you grew up playing at Nonna's kitchen table or you are learning your first Scopa, Gioca is the closest thing to a real table in Italy. Shuffle up, pour an espresso, and gioca!
