Cascade Connect is the staff application for home builders and warranty management companies that run their warranty operation on the Cascade Connect platform. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED. Access is provisioned by your builder or warranty management company. This is not a self-signup product and has no consumer functionality - homeowners submit and track their claims through a separate web portal, not through this app. WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN DO Claims - Review incoming homeowner claims with photos and video, work them line item by line item, and record a warranty determination with the reasoning attached to the record. IQ review screen - IQ drafts determinations and service orders, then puts every one in front of a person. Your team approves, edits, or declines each one before anything sends. Nothing reaches a homeowner or a subcontractor without a human deciding. Service orders - Issue service orders to subcontractors, attach the photos and scope they need, and track what has been sent, scheduled, and completed. Scheduling - A shared calendar for inspections and appointments, with reminders pushed to your phone. Messaging - Email and text threads with homeowners and subcontractors, kept on the claim record so the history stays in one place. Tasks and team chat - Assign follow-ups and talk to your team without leaving the claim you are working. Analytics - Cycle times and root-cause views by trade and defect category.
