KEEP THE DAY CLEAR See upcoming appointments, care tasks and unresolved items together. Choose another date to plan ahead without losing sight of what needs attention now. KNOW WHO IS HANDLING WHAT Add a task or appointment, include the useful context, and make responsibility clear. Everyone in the care circle can understand what is planned and what still needs an owner. SHARE USEFUL UPDATES Record what changed, what was completed and what needs follow-up. CareLedger keeps an attributed activity history so the next person does not have to reconstruct the day from messages and missed calls.
