CareGeo FC is a complete care management platform built specifically for Adult Foster Homes (AFH) and residential care settings — not adapted from home care, but designed for the way your home actually runs. Caregivers get a fast, guided workflow on their phone. Owners get a real-time dashboard, clean documentation, and reports that hold up under a state survey. FOR CAREGIVERS • Clock in and out with GPS confirmation that you're at the home. • Scan a resident's card to confirm you have the right person before you give care. • Guided medication pass — see exactly what's due, mark Given / Refused / Held, and add a note. Everything saves as you go. • Log care as it happens — ADLs, meals, vitals, mood, and observations. • Report an incident in one tap, with a guided form that meets state requirements. • Dictate notes by voice instead of typing. • End your shift with a clear wrap-up: review the handoff for the next caregiver, review each resident's progress note, sign, and clock out.
