Careflow

Careflow is the mobile app for care workers. See today's visits, clock in at the person's home, complete tasks, record medication and observations, and write the visit log — even when signal is poor. This app is for staff of a care organisation that uses Careflow. You cannot create an account here. Your manager or office issues your login from Careflow Admin. WHAT YOU CAN DO Today See your shift at a glance: who you are visiting, times, travel, and what still needs to be done. The visit Clock in and clock out with location to confirm you are at the visit. Work through the care tasks set by the office. Record medication on the eMAR (given, not given, PRN and controlled-drug witness where required). Capture observations such as blood pressure, pulse and other checks. Add body-map notes and photos where the person has consented. Write notes, handover, concerns and incidents before you leave. People you support Open a person's profile for allergies, safety information, the care plan, medications and documents you need on the round. Schedule, Inbox and Me Check upcoming visits, read office messages, raise a change request, and see your own visit history and pay information provided by your organisation. WORKS OFFLINE Keep recording when there is no signal. Careflow saves your work on the device and syncs when you are back online. PRIVACY AND SAFETY You will handle personal and health information about the people you support. Use the app only for your work, capture photos only with consent, and keep information confidential. Location is used to confirm attendance at a visit. Camera is used for incident and skin evidence you choose to attach. Careflow is a workforce care-recording tool. It does not diagnose, treat or replace clinical judgement. It is not intended for the public, families or people receiving care as a consumer app.
