Care Daily Client is the app for people who receive home care from a care provider that uses Care Daily. It puts your care in your pocket – who is coming, when, and what was done – in a clear, easy-to-read app. YOUR VISITS • See your upcoming visits and which carer is coming • Check what happened at each visit, with the notes your carers wrote • Ask for a change to a visit, or request an extra one YOUR CARE • Read your care plan • See your medications and when you take them • Look back over your daily care notes • Find the documents your care provider has shared with you • Record how you are feeling with a quick wellbeing check-in STAY IN TOUCH • Message your care team by text, or send a voice message if typing is hard • Get a notification when your care team replies or a visit is coming up • Call your emergency contact straight from the app EASY VIEW – MADE TO BE EASY TO USE Care Daily Client is designed for everyone, whatever their eyesight or confidence with phones: • Larger text, bolder writing and higher contrast • Bigger buttons that are easier to press • Read aloud, so the app can speak what is on the screen Your Easy View settings are saved to your account, so they follow you to a new phone. PRIVATE AND SECURE Your information is protected with a password and sent securely. Only you, and the care team you trust, can see your care record. You can delete your account from the app at any time – your care does not change. HOW TO SIGN IN Your care provider sets up your account and gives you your sign-in details.
