Built for dental, medical, physio, chiropractic, optometry, and other clinics. We are starting where admin bottlenecks are most obvious: dental offices. Missed calls, coding, documentation, and follow-ups create real leakage. CareCircle helps teams close those gaps without juggling five separate apps. WHAT YOU GET ON MOBILE • Hub: Billing, users, settings, and product access in one place, so owners and admins can manage the workspace without a laptop • CareScribe: Schedule visits, record chairside or on your phone, and review clinical notes where the day actually happens • CareCode: Procedure-code and fee-guide support when your workspace is subscribed, so billing questions do not wait until you are back at a desk • Web-to-phone handoff: Start a visit on desktop, continue recording on your phone when you step away from the computer • Push alerts: Short alerts when a visit moves to your phone or a note is ready to review HOW IT WORKS CareCircle AI is the mobile companion to carecircle.me.
