Careabout Membership

Careabout Membership is a secretary's rollbook for a small membership organisation. It keeps the register, the meetings and the paperwork that surrounds them in one place on your device. Enter members with a category, a joining date and their current standing, and find anyone again through search. Plan meetings with an agenda, write minutes against each agenda item and tick attendance on a grid that shows who has been present across recent meetings. Put motions to a vote, count votes for, against and abstaining, and let the tally ring show whether a motion is carried, lost or tied. Keep a lending register for the things the organisation shares, from hall keys to equipment, with the current holder and a due-back date, and a hand-over history for every item. Run subscription periods with a paid and unpaid checklist per member and watch the collection progress fill as dues come in. Everything you enter is stored on the device and can be edited or removed at any time. The interface is available in English and French.
