SiteFoto

SiteFoto is the app for tradespeople, technicians and surveyors who need to document a job site with photos: the initial site visit, work in progress, disputes, handover. HOW IT WORKS Open the app, shoot in burst mode without ever leaving the camera, annotate photos with arrows and circles right on screen, and generate a PDF report with your company's logo, signature and colour. Send it to the client over WhatsApp in under 3 minutes. WHAT'S INSIDE • Burst shooting: the camera stays open, no tapping in and out for every photo • Automatic stamp on every shot: date, time, GPS coordinates, address • Annotation editor: arrows, rectangles, circles, highlighter, text, freehand • Captions with voice dictation, easy even with gloves on • Professional PDF report: cover page, laid-out photos, captions • Import photos you already took from your gallery • Backup and restore to a local file or to Drive WHY IT'S DIFFERENT 100% offline: no account, no server, no syncing. Your photos stay on your phone, and never end up mixed into your personal camera roll. The original photo file is never touched: annotations are drawn on top, and the source file keeps its EXIF data intact. Photos carry a date, time and location that can't be edited on the original — what you actually need for real conversations with a client, without promising a legal value no app can truly guarantee. FREE PLAN AND PRO The free plan is enough to get started: 2 open sites, 10 photos per visit, and the report never carries a watermark, on any plan. Pro unlocks unlimited sites and photos, your company logo and signature on the cover, a report colour of your choice, and weekly automatic backup. SiteFoto isn't project management software and it doesn't promise legal value: it does one thing well — document quickly and hand it over in a format anyone can open.
