The Kids’ Guide to Cancer app, from children’s cancer charity Camp Quality, is an educational app designed for children who have been diagnosed with cancer, or who have a parent, sibling, friend or loved one with cancer.  Find out about the different types of treatments including chemotherapy and radiotherapy and learn about all the people and things you might find in hospital. Watch animated videos of other kids sharing their stories about their cancer experience.  Get started learning about cancer.  Let’s learn – Learning Library  What is cancer? How do you get it? Get answers to the most common questions about cancer. Plus, find out about the different types of cancer, and the medicines and treatments – including chemotherapy and radiotherapy.  Learn about all the different things you might see in hospital. And meet the people who help, from school counsellors to surgeons, oncologists to psychologists.  Watch short, animated videos of kids sharing their own cancer experiences.  How can I help?  Get ideas for how you can help loved ones who have cancer, whether it’s mum or dad, a brother or sister or a friend.  Engage with us!  This is for grownups to find out how they can access other programs and services designed to help kids and families facing cancer.
