Camlora: IP Camera & Webcam Live

Turn a spare Android phone into a local IP camera, live desk view or wireless webcam for compatible Windows 10 and 11 apps. Camlora shares your phone's camera over a trusted local connection. Open the phone's address in a compatible browser, or use the free Windows companion for virtual webcam output. No Camlora account or Camlora cloud video relay is needed. A LOCAL IP CAMERA View the live camera in a compatible browser. Use the MJPEG stream or JPEG snapshot URL with viewers that support those formats. Choose front or rear camera and adjust rotation, resolution, quality and frame rate. Optional phone audio is available in supported Camlora clients with microphone permission. CONNECT OVER WI-FI OR USB Use your trusted Wi-Fi network, or connect a data cable and enable Android USB tethering. Your computer can then reach the phone on the local USB network. This is a tethered network connection, not USB webcam (UVC) mode. Your phone and receiving device must be able to reach each other. OPTIONAL RTSP VIDEO IN VERSION 1.1.0 Enable RTSP in Camlora's phone settings to view a video-only RTP/JPEG stream over TCP at rtsp://PHONE-IP:8554/live. It is intended for players that support this format. RTSP is limited to 1280 pixels on the longest side and 10 fps; actual performance varies. RTSP has no password or encryption. Enable it only on a trusted local network. Camlora does not provide RTSP audio, H.264 or ONVIF discovery. WINDOWS WEBCAM WHEN YOU NEED IT The free Windows 10 and 11 x64 companion connects to your phone and supplies a virtual camera to compatible meeting and recording apps. Browser viewing works without the companion. Camlora does not install a system-wide Windows microphone; keep using your headset or computer microphone for calls. First camera setup may need administrator approval. MORE USES FOR A SPARE PHONE Show handwriting, worksheets or drawing with a stable overhead mount. Give a close-up of crafts, product demonstrations or a workbench. Provide another angle to compatible recording software. Take an occasional live look at a pet's usual spot from another device on your trusted network. Device performance and app compatibility vary. The optional password protects controls and live audio, not video or RTSP. Do not forward Camlora's ports to the internet. Camlora has no motion alerts, cloud remote-access service or built-in recording archive. Receiving apps may record or share the feed.
