Full description
⚠️ READ THIS FIRST Callogue does NOT record calls. It reads recordings your phone has already saved - audio files sitting in a folder you point to yourself. ✅ Your phone records calls and keeps them in a folder → this app is for you. ❌ It doesn't → please don't install it. There will be nothing for Callogue to work with. If you're not sure: open your file manager and look for a folder with call recordings. If it's there, you're good. WHAT IT DOES Callogue turns a call recording into a short summary and saves it in your calendar - at the time the call actually happened. The result: you scroll your calendar and see your calls the same way you see meetings. "Tuesday, 12:48 - Sawmill, firewood." Tap it and the details are there. The time of a call is a memory anchor. You remember phoning someone just before one o'clock - and that is enough to find it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Point to the folder with your recordings - once, using the system picker 2. Choose a calendar 3. New calls go there on their own Your calendar's search box then works as a search across what was said, because the transcript sits in the event description. ALSO • Play the recording inside the app - a summary is a hypothesis, the recording is the evidence • Edit a summary by hand when the model gets something wrong • Entries are private and marked as free: they don't block your day and don't show up for people you share the calendar with • Works with any recorder - we read files, we don't depend on one manufacturer PRIVACY, PLAINLY To produce a summary, the recording has to reach a service that turns it into text. We say so before anything is sent, and we ask for your consent. • The recording goes to Cloudflare (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) • Call text, in every language, is summarised by CloudFerro in Warsaw, Poland. It leaves the European Economic Area only if that provider fails, when Groq (USA) steps in as a backup • Our server passes data through and stores none of it: no recordings, no transcripts, no summaries The file name never leaves your phone. The summary model gets only a name as a label - or the number, when the caller is unknown. We ask for no access to your call log or to your files. You point to one folder and that is all. Contacts access is asked for conditionally: only when your recorder saves the number alone, without a name. If it saves the name, we never put a single question to your address book. Matching happens on the device, we never copy your contacts, and you can switch the feature off in Settings at any time. The result exists in exactly one place: your calendar. Delete the event and the summary goes with it, transcript included. PRICING A number of calls each month is free. The free version shows ads, and watching a rewarded ad unlocks one more call. A subscription removes the ads and raises the monthly allowance - the store shows the plans and prices available in your country before you buy. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Call recording laws differ between countries - some require the consent of everyone taking part. Callogue does not record calls and does not help you record them. It organises files you already have on your phone. Whether you may keep and process them is your responsibility.
