CallFirst

Stop scrolling. Start talking. CallFirst blocks TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, and Pinterest until you've spent at least 60 seconds on a real phone call. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a contact who matters to you — your Mum, your Dad, your best friend. 2. Choose which apps to block and when. 3. When the block kicks in, the apps go dark. Instead of doomscrolling, you call. 4. After 60 seconds on the phone, the apps unlock until your next scheduled block. WHY IT WORKS Each time you open socials is a chance to spiral — comparing, scrolling, numbing. CallFirst replaces those moments with something better: a phone call to someone who actually loves you. This isn't another focus timer or productivity app. It's a small piece of friction that turns a craving for distraction into a chance to reconnect. FEATURES ✓ Block any combination of social media apps ✓ Custom schedules — mornings, evenings, weekends, or all day ✓ Verified call duration — 60 seconds minimum, no shortcuts ✓ Runs in the background — you never have to keep CallFirst open ✓ Streak tracker + weekly connection report ✓ No sign-up needed to get started PRIVACY We don't store your contacts' details on our servers. The phone numbers you choose live only on your phone. We don't record calls, read your call log, or access your contact list. You pick who you call and those are the only contact details the app ever sees. You can read our full privacy policy at callfirst.app/privacy. PRICING CallFirst is free with one contact, one schedule, and one blocked app. Upgrade to CallFirst Pro for unlimited contacts, schedules, and apps — weekly, yearly, or one payment for life. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone who feels like they need more real world connection. Anyone who has felt their phone use slip from "use" to "habit" to "I can't stop." If you've ever thought "I should call my Mum more," this app is for you. We use the strictest privacy defaults available, and we don't profile users for advertising. callfirst.app
