Developed through a collaboration between clinicians and researchers from Universiti Sains Malaysia, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and the Ministry of Health Malaysia, this evidence-based platform aims to improve the delivery and management of stroke care by caregivers in a home setting.
