Tummies

Tummies is a thoughtfully crafted app created for families with children between the ages of 3 and 12. At its core, it aims to make daily nutrition easier, safer, and more reliable for parents who want the very best for their kids. Every meal is prepared fresh each day, using carefully selected ingredients that meet high standards of safety and nutritional value. From the moment the food is cooked to the moment it reaches your home in Riyadh, the entire process is designed to maintain quality, freshness, and a sense of homemade comfort. Instead of worrying about planning meals, checking ingredients, or finding time to cook every day, parents can rely on Tummies to deliver balanced dishes that kids enjoy and parents trust. What makes Tummies especially valuable is that it focuses not only on health, but also on a child’s overall eating experience. The flavors, textures, and portion sizes are tailored specifically to children’s needs, ensuring that meals are both nourishing and appealing. Parents often struggle with finding the right balance between taste and nutrition, and Tummies bridges that gap by offering food that feels familiar, comforting, and aligned with dietary guidelines developed by experts. By providing healthy meals that taste “just like home,” the app brings peace of mind to busy families while introducing children to wholesome eating habits. Every meal goes through a process of nutrition and quality assurance led by experienced specialists. These experts review ingredients, design balanced menus, and verify that each dish supports a child’s daily energy and developmental needs. Importantly, all meals are free from preservatives and artificial flavors, ensuring that children receive food as natural and clean as possible. Tummies also recognizes the increasing need for allergy-safe food options. The app offers customized meal preparation for children with any type of food allergy, giving parents confidence that their child’s meals are handled with precision, care, and strict adherence to safety standards. This commitment to individualized preparation makes Tummies a reliable choice for families who require additional dietary attention. Delivery is designed to be simple and predictable. Parents can choose between morning or evening delivery, depending on what best matches their household routine. Meals arrive as a full-day package—covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks—ensuring that the entire day’s nutrition is organized in one seamless drop-off. Currently, delivery is available exclusively within Riyadh, allowing the service to maintain control over freshness and timing. Families can select flexible weekly or monthly subscription plans. Whether a parent needs short-term support during a busy period or prefers long-term meal coverage, Tummies adapts to the household’s schedule without complication. The meal selection itself is extensive, offering more than 100 different dishes so children never feel bored or restricted. The variety helps kids discover new flavors while still enjoying familiar favorites. Beyond daily meals, Tummies also includes a special party menu. Parents can choose either an engaging open buffet designed specifically for children or individual boxed meals. This option makes birthdays and gatherings easier to host, while still ensuring that food quality and safety remain consistent. The app also integrates educational and interactive activities that introduce children to the idea of healthy eating in an enjoyable way. These experiences make nutrition feel engaging rather than forced. A safe, curated video library is included as well, offering fun and informative content appropriate for ages 3 through 12, giving kids a space to explore without exposure to unsuitable material.
