BYLD CRM is the mobile companion to the BYLD Group CRM, built for sales and account teams who work away from their desk. Sign in with the credentials issued by your organisation and pick up your pipeline wherever you are. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Dashboard — today's actions, revenue, productivity, compliance, your pipeline funnel and account sources, viewed by day, week, month or a custom date range. • Contacts — search your full contact base, add new contacts, and open a complete lead record: opportunities, activities, emails, meetings, notes, tasks and documents. • Calls — the day's calls from your device call log alongside click-to-call assignments and missed calls. Log the outcome of each call, attach its recording, and set the next follow-up. • Meetings — schedule face-to-face, phone or online meetings, capture minutes, and record in-person meetings once the participant has consented. • Accounts — account records with billing, agreements, contacts and engagement history. • Activities — one timeline across calls, meetings, emails, tasks and stage changes, each with its own filters. • Notifications — upcoming meetings and open tasks in a single place. • Team and billing — team performance at a glance, plus billing and invoice history. • Collateral — current brochures, decks and documents, ready to view or share with a client. PERMISSIONS, AND WHY WE ASK • Call log and phone — to match your calls to the right lead, so you do not have to log them by hand. • Microphone — only to record an in-person meeting, and only after you confirm the participant has agreed. • Location — captured when you submit a meeting, to record where it took place. BYLD CRM requires an active BYLD Group account. It is not a general-purpose CRM and cannot be used without credentials issued by your organisation.
