Pet Care Tracker: Health Log

Never wonder "did she already get her tablet?" again. Pet Care Tracker is a complete pet health record and care reminder app for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, reptiles and every other companion animal. Log feeding, medication, grooming, vet visits and vaccinations in seconds — and get reminded before the next one is due. No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Everything lives on your phone. CARE REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY ARRIVE Most reminder apps go quiet the moment your phone decides to save battery. This one doesn't. Every reminder is scheduled as a real system alarm, restored after a reboot, and topped up by a background check — so the 8am medication alert fires at 8am. • Repeat on any days of the week, or set a one-time reminder • Separate reminders for feeding, medication, grooming, vet visits and vaccinations • A built-in setup check helps you whitelist the app on Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, Samsung, OnePlus and Asus phones SIX CARE LOGS, ONE TAP EACH FEEDING LOG — food type, quantity and time. Spot missed meals and portion changes. MEDICATION TRACKER — name, dosage, frequency, start and end dates, active or finished. GROOMING — baths, nail trims, brushing, haircuts, teeth, ears, or your own routine. VET VISITS — date, reason, vet, clinic, notes and a follow-up date. VACCINATION RECORDS — vaccine, date given, expiry, batch number, with due-soon warnings. HEALTH JOURNAL — weight, symptoms, notes and a photo, so changes are easy to see. A PET PROFILE YOUR VET WILL THANK YOU FOR Far more than a name and a photo: • Breed, mix, color and markings, birthday, gender, spay/neuter date • Allergies — food, medication, environmental and other • Chronic conditions, blood type and ongoing treatments • Microchip number and brand, license and registration numbers • Pet insurance provider, policy number, renewal date and coverage notes • Owner details, emergency contact and your vet's after-hours number VET-READY PDF EXPORT Export a clean, printable PDF of your pet's profile and health history — ideal for a vet appointment, a boarding kennel, a pet sitter, a groomer or a house move.
