Busyroo

After-school, sorted. Every term, Aussie parents lose hours hunting for after-school care across school newsletters, provider websites and Facebook groups. Busyroo brings every option for your child's specific school into one place — so you can compare and enquire in minutes, not weekends. Pick your school. See who picks up from the gate. Read what other parents say. Send an enquiry in 30 seconds. No sign-up. No account. — I built Busyroo after my son started Kindy and I lost weekends to school newsletters, provider websites and Facebook groups looking for after-school activities. The app pulls every provider for your school into one place. It's free, and I'm reading every "missing provider" report. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Find every provider — after-school care, vacation care and other kids' activities mapped to your child's school, with on-site and pickup options clearly marked • Compare side-by-side — real Google ratings, services offered, operating hours, fees, and distance from school • Enquire in seconds — pre-filled enquiry forms go directly to the provider, who replies straight to your inbox • Discover by suburb — open the Explore tab for sports, dance, music, tutoring and STEM programs near you, work, or wherever you'll be on the holidays • Save favourites — keep a shortlist of providers to revisit when enrolment opens • Switch schools or add another — manage care for siblings at different schools without losing your place HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell us your child's age, school year and pick your school — three taps 2. See the providers who service that school, plus nearby options 3. Tap any provider for hours, fees, reviews and services 4. Hit "Send Enquiry" — we forward your message; the provider replies directly to you BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN PARENTS • 1300+ schools and 2,000+ providers across Sydney and Melbourne, with more added every week • Aware of Australian school terms, OSHC providers, and Active Kids Voucher acceptance where listed • No ads. No upselling. No sign-up walls. • Privacy by default — we collect only what's needed to run the app and never sell your data WHY BUSYROO • Independent — we're not an OSHC chain. We list every provider for your school, not just our own • School-anchored — built around your child's specific school, not generic suburb listings • Real reviews — Google ratings included, so you see what other parents actually think • Free to use KNOW A PROVIDER WE'RE MISSING? Busyroo is built suburb by suburb, parent by parent. If you spot a gap, tell us — there's a "Know another provider?" button on every screen. We'll research it and add them, usually within a week. ROADMAP We're working on enrolment-date reminders, term-by-term vacation care scheduling, and expanding coverage to Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. The fastest way to vote on what comes next is to use the app and let us know. Made by an Aussie mum for Aussie parents. Tap "Get started" to see who's looking after your child after the bell rings. Privacy: Busyroo collects only what's needed — your child's age and school, plus your name and email when you send an enquiry. No account required. Full Privacy Policy at busyroo.com.au/privacy.
