BURAPRINT: print & scan

BURAPRINT turns your counter into a print point. Your customers upload their documents to buraprint.com from their phone and receive a code. They give it to you, you type it in or scan their QR code: the pages come out of your printer and you take payment. No subscription, no equipment to rent, and it works with the printer you already have. And you never handle your customers' files: no USB drives, no emails to your personal inbox, no documents left on your phone. WHO IT'S FOR Convenience stores, newsstands, corner stores, liquor stores, package pickup points, campgrounds, hotels, dry cleaners, phone stores… any business with a counter and a Wi-Fi printer. WHAT YOU CAN OFFER YOUR CUSTOMERS • Black-and-white or color document printing: tickets, certificates, forms, résumés, boarding passes. • Photo prints, on a compatible photo printer. • ID photo sheets, framed by the app. • Scanning: the document is emailed to the customer, who can also have a paper copy. • Fax sending (France). YOU SET YOUR PRICES You choose the price of each service. Before printing, the screen shows the number of pages and the amount to charge. When the job is done, the amount stays on screen while you take payment, and the next customer can already type in their code. ONLY PRINTED PAGES ARE CHARGED BURAPRINT monitors the printer throughout the job: out of paper, cover open, paper jam, printer switched off. If the printer does not confirm that the job has finished, the app asks you how many pages came out before charging. An interrupted job picks up where it stopped, at the price of the remaining pages. EASY AT THE COUNTER • A large keypad for the 8-character code, or a scan of the QR code. • A mistyped code is fixed with one tap; an expired or already used code is clearly explained. • Paid reprints restricted to the manager, and a 30-day history with search. • "Everything in black and white" in one tap when a color cartridge runs out. YOUR TEAM Everyone has their own 4-digit code. Each sale is credited to the person who made it. Staff have no access to prices, the register or sensitive settings. The manager's code is asked for again for anything that commits the business. SET UP IN MINUTES The setup assistant guides you through it: language, Wi-Fi, your business, your printer, a test page. The app finds the printers on your network by itself, tells you exactly what is blocking when it can't find one, and accepts an IP address entered by hand. A PHONE DEDICATED TO THE COUNTER The phone can be locked to BURAPRINT (counter mode): nothing else can be opened, the screen stays on while printing and links are displayed as QR codes. YOUR ACTIVITY Daily log, revenue, pages per person, month-by-month history, and notifications when ink runs low or a printer stops responding. FREE TRIAL 30 free pages over 30 days.
