BuildForce Pro

BuildForce Pro is the site app for construction workers and subcontractors whose company manages its workforce with BuildForce. Your company invites you, you onboard in about five minutes, and everything you need on site is then in one place: • Clock in and out: confirm you're on site with GPS, take breaks and move between projects, with a reminder when you arrive at or leave site. • Timesheets: see your hours, submit your week and answer questions from your supervisor. • Onboarding and compliance: add your details, photograph your ID, right to work and cards (CSCS, CPCS, IPAF and more), and see what's due to expire. • RAMS and site briefings: read method statements and sign them on your phone. • Daily returns: record the day's work with photos and voice notes. • HAVS: log tool use and keep track of hand-arm vibration exposure. • Equipment: scan equipment barcodes and record checks. • Notifications: shift reminders, approvals and site messages. BuildForce Pro is for people who work with a company that uses BuildForce. You need an invitation or join code from your employer or main contractor to sign in. Location: BuildForce uses your location when you clock in and out. If you allow "All the time" access, it can remind you to clock in or out when you arrive at or leave a site you're allocated to, and while you're clocked in it records your approximate location about once an hour as evidence of time on site. It never clocks you in or out without your confirmation, and you can change location access at any time in Settings.
