Budget Unplugged - Mobile

Build and use a monthly expense budget entirely on your phone. Budget Unplugged keeps your financial information encrypted on your device, with no online account or developer-operated cloud service. Name your budget, choose spending accounts and categories, set monthly limits, and record expenses. See what you planned, what you spent, and what is available. Review the current month and two previous months in History; older mobile budget history is removed as the months advance. Highlights: - Create a budget without a computer, or connect an existing Budget Unplugged for Windows profile. - Organize spending with preset or custom buckets and categories, and adjust monthly limits. - See category spending, recent expenses, and available amounts. - Add an expense manually or use receipt scanning to suggest the merchant, total, and date before you review and save it. - When paired, use merchant rules and reminders synchronized from your selected Budget Unplugged for Windows profile. - Keep working without any online account or subscription Budget Unplugged for Windows is optional. You can transfer your budget into a new empty Budget Unplugged for Windows profile, or pair with an existing profile. Once connected to Budget Unplugged for Windows, your phone and PC will exchange saved expenses, budget changes, and reminders. Both devices must be on the same local network. Paired devices communicate directly over an authenticated encrypted connection. Financial information stays in encrypted app-private storage. Receipt images are processed on the device and deleted after scanning. Google ML Kit may collect limited SDK diagnostics; it does not receive the receipt photo or recognized text. The app has no advertising or developer-operated analytics. Budget Unplugged for Android does not connect directly to banks, move money, pay bills, or provide financial advice. Phone reminders are available for reminders downloaded from a paired Budget Unplugged for Windows profile.
