LAUNCHER OR FINDER Set B Launcher as your Android Home app for the complete launcher experience, or keep your existing launcher & use B Launcher as a fast app & contact finder. This lets you try the search experience without losing your current home screen. If you enjoy it, you can easily switch to the full launcher mode & then switch back to your previous launcher whenever you want. MAKE IT YOURS • Customize in edit mode (press-n-hold on home screen) • Drag & Pin apps/contacts where you want • Add Android widgets • Create folders & additional pages • Choose different grid & icon sizes • Customize the wallpaper Fill your pages with favorites or keep it clear for a clean wallpaper-first design. Note: Widgets must initially be added while B Launcher is the default Home app. Once added, they remain available when B Launcher is opened as a regular app. BROWSE EVERY APP The last page to the right contains complete app & contacts lists. Browse alphabetically or by installation date, switch between apps & contacts, filter apps by category, & launch supported shortcuts directly from the list. SMART SUGGESTIONS See contextual suggestions for apps & contacts relevant now given past launch activity stored locally on your device. Considers time, usage sequence, & if granted, approximate or precise location & connections (BT/WiFi). Note: All data related to smart suggestions stays on your device. B Simple Apps does not receive your data or share it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Requires no account & contains no advertising. Contacts, searches, Home-screen layout, widgets, folders, coarse area history, & learned launch patterns do not leave your device. There is no back-end cloud from B Simple Apps pulling any data. Scribble recognition uses Google ML Kit Digital Ink Recognition & runs on your device. ML Kit may collect limited technical information for diagnostics & usage analytics. Scribble strokes & recognized text are not sent to Google. Contacts, approximate location, precise location, and nearby devices (BT/WiFi) are optional. You can use B Launcher without granting these permissions. Delete B Launcher’s locally stored layout, settings, widget bindings & learned history at any time from Settings. HISTORY In 2014, Nokia released Z Launcher, which provided an always-updating (contextual) list of apps & contacts on your home screen & let you scribble over that to re-order the list based on a search of the letters you drew. Super cool & inspirational. There was minimal customization on the home screen though, no support for widgets, no way to use voice or keyboard, no app-only mode. B Launcher gives you everything Z Launcher lacked & more!
