SchoolFlow

SchoolFlow gives authorised school staff one secure place for the information and operational tools they need throughout the day. View your daily timetable, including lessons, duties and free periods. See visiting-teacher schedules, room information, activities, pupil information and current or upcoming matches when your school account permits them. SchoolFlow also connects authorised staff to the school's attendance and safety service. Staff can sign in and out, review live site presence, record registration and match attendance, and use the live Fire Alarm roll-call screen while the app is open. Automatic staff presence is optional. When a staff member enables it, SchoolFlow uses precise location in the background with “Allow all the time” access to detect entry to and exit from the configured school boundary, even when the app is closed. The boundary comparison happens on the device. Exact coordinates are not sent to SchoolFlow; only the resulting in/out status is sent to the school's Control Centre. Location is not used for advertising or analytics. Manual sign-in/out remains available. Key features: • Personal timetable, duties and free periods • Visiting-teacher, room and activity information • Registration, pupil and match attendance tools • Live staff, pupil and visitor presence for authorised users • Live Fire Alarm roll calls while SchoolFlow is open • Optional automatic school-boundary sign-in/out • Access controlled centrally for each managed school account SchoolFlow contains no advertising, purchases, subscriptions or public account registration. Although anyone may download the app, only authorised staff using an existing Bruern Abbey School Google account can sign in.
