Full description

Build the interval you actually train with, then hit start. Warm-up, work, rest, rounds and a long rest every few rounds — a HIIT timer that gets out of the way. HOW IT WORKS Set the warm-up, one round of work and rest, how many rounds you want, and how often a long rest should come in. The app builds the whole session from that and shows you the total time before you start. WHILE YOU TRAIN • Numbers you can read from the floor, colour-coded by phase • A 3·2·1 countdown takes over the screen before every change • Beeps and haptics on every transition, so you never have to look down • The screen stays on for the whole session, so the clock is always there • Your music keeps playing • Pause, resume or skip a phase at any point AFTER THE SESSION • Every workout saved: duration, rounds and work time • Day streak, totals and history PRO — ONE PAYMENT • Unlimited routines (three are free, forever) • Home-screen widget: your last routine starts in one tap • No subscription. No renewals. You buy it once. ALSO • Works fully offline, with no account and no permissions to grant • Dark and light, following the system • Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German and Italian • No ads Made for HIIT and Tabata, circuit training, CrossFit-style rounds, EMOM, boxing rounds, running intervals, core work, stretching — anything with a work interval and a rest interval.
