Vividly

Most to-do apps tell you WHAT to do and WHEN. Vividly tells you WHY, because for an ADHD or autistic brain, a plain reminder is easy to ignore. The hard part isn't knowing the task exists. It's starting it. Vividly is a gentle, shame free task assistant built around one idea: every task comes with a motivating "why" that meets you where you are. MEET PIP Pip is your calm coach inside the app. Pip writes short, supportive nudges, helps you plan, breaks overwhelming tasks into tiny first steps, and stays with you when things feel like too much. No nagging. No guilt. Just a steady voice that helps you begin. HOW IT WORKS Add a task, tap "Generate a Why," and Pip writes a motivating prompt in the tone you choose: Reward, Empathetic, Practical, Momentum, or Playful. Not feeling it? Tap "Try Another" for a fresh angle. Reminders arrive with the why attached, so the nudge actually lands.
