Janiflow

Janiflow is an innovative, purpose-built technology designed to ensure that our cleaning services consistently exceed client expectations. This comprehensive system provides real-time notifications of arrival and departure times of our cleaners, enhancing transparency and reliability. Upon completion of each service, you will receive a detailed PDF report that itemizes everything your cleaner did, complete with photos of important items and even the cleaners themselves if required. One of Janiflow's standout features is the "Action Improvement Plans." This feature allows users to add custom requests to existing site schedules at any time. These requests require images upon completion, ensuring thoroughness and accountability. This is particularly useful for addressing items that need extra attention or remedying findings from internal audits. Janiflow also keeps our cleaners informed by alerting them to any specific action items for each clean. This ensures that all tasks are performed to the highest standard, tailored to your unique requirements. By promoting transparency around who cleans, as well as what and when they clean, Janiflow holds our cleaners accountable. This meticulous approach guarantees that what matters to you gets done every time, providing peace of mind and satisfaction with our services. Experience the difference with Janiflow and trust that your cleaning needs are met with precision, accountability, and the highest level of care.
