Users can select a PDF already on their device and seamlessly insert new photos (from the gallery or camera) at the end of the document. 2. Create New PDFs: A streamlined workflow to convert a batch of images into a single, professional-grade PDF file. 3. Integrated Camera: Includes a custom camera interface (CameraActivity) optimized for capturing documents quickly. Key Technical Features • Intelligent Processing Modes: The app offers three distinct ways to handle image layouts: ◦ Smart Mode: Automatically rotates and scales images to A4 size, matching the page orientation to the image. ◦ Fit to Page: Forces all images to fit perfectly on a Portrait A4 page. ◦ As-Is: Preserves the original image dimensions and rotation without any scaling. • Privacy-First (Local Processing): As highlighted in your Terms and Conditions, the app processes all files locally on the device. It does not upload documents to a cloud, making it ideal for sensitive student or professional notes. • Guided User Interface: The UI uses dynamic "blinking" animations (startBlink) to guide users through the workflow—from selecting images to choosing a mode and finally generating the PDF. • Modern Tech Stack: Built using Kotlin, ViewBinding, and Coroutines for smooth background processing, utilizing the PdfBox-Android library for robust PDF manipulation.
