FLOW by Shoot The Veil

FLOW is free on Android for now while we finish the Android version. A subscription will be added later, and we will let you know before anything changes. WEDDING DAYS MOVE. FLOW MOVES WITH THEM. Portraits run late. Weather changes. Travel takes longer than expected. Golden hour keeps getting closer, and the ceremony still starts when it starts. Your creative energy shouldn't be spent worrying about what comes next. FLOW by Shoot The Veil is the visual timeline tool for wedding photographers, helping you plan the day, know what matters right now, and easily adjust when plans change, so you can stay present and create. PLAN THE DAY WITH CONFIDENCE Tell FLOW what shapes the wedding: locations, ceremony time, travel, group size, and the moments that matter. FLOW uses those details to generate a practical starting timeline, giving you a thoughtful first draft without forcing you to build everything from scratch. PLAN AROUND THE LIGHT FLOW calculates sunset from the wedding date and location, then places golden hour and blue hour directly into the timeline. See where the best light fits before the wedding begins. KNOW WHAT MATTERS RIGHT NOW During the wedding, FLOW brings the active Time Block forward so you can quickly see: • Where you are in the day • What you planned to create • What comes next • Which moments and timing anchors need protection Get the information you need, put the phone away, and return your attention to the people in front of you. KEEP YOUR CREATIVE IDEAS INSIDE THE TIMELINE Choose inspiration from the FLOW image catalogue, add your own reference images, and keep private notes with the part of the day where you'll actually need them. ADJUST WHEN THE WEDDING CHANGES A wedding timeline shouldn't become useless the moment something runs late. Quickly adjust the timing when the day changes. See how the delay affects what follows while keeping ceremony, travel, portraits, golden hour, and blue hour in view. FLOW helps you make the next decision without rebuilding the entire day in your head. CHOOSE HOW MUCH GUIDANCE YOU WANT Set the level of wedding-day guidance that works for you. FLOW can quietly remind you about important transitions, upcoming moments, and timing considerations without becoming another distraction.
