Full description

Track your habits and protect your time. Every scroll adds up. BrainGuard is a live reel and scroll counter built to show you exactly how much you scroll, in real time, across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat. SEE YOUR SCROLL COUNT LIVE Most people have no idea how many reels they actually watch in a day. BrainGuard counts every reel and short as you scroll, so the number climbs on screen the moment you swipe. No estimates. No guessing. Just your real scroll count, live. WATCH YOUR BRAIN STATE As your scroll count rises, BrainGuard shows your brain state shifting on screen, from sharp and focused to foggy and drained. Seeing the shift happen helps you stop before the hour disappears. SCROLL BATTLES WITH FRIENDS Add friends and compare daily scroll counts side by side. Lower count wins! Turn cutting back on scrolling into a friendly competition. SET A SCROLL LIMIT Hit your daily reel count or screen time cap and BrainGuard steps in to block the app and stop the scroll. Set the limit once and let the app handle the willpower for you. FOCUS MODE Schedule quiet hours for study, work, or sleep. BrainGuard automatically blocks scrolling apps during the windows you choose. DAILY AND WEEKLY REPORTS See your scroll count and screen time broken down by day and by app, so you know exactly where your time is going. Accessibility Service Usage Disclosure: Our app uses the AccessibilityService API to provide the core "Reels Counter" and "App Blocking" features. How it works: To accurately count your Reels views and interactions, the app detects specific swipe/tap movements and UI events within supported video apps. The Accessibility Service allows us to recognize when a new reel is being viewed or when a scroll occurs to update your live counter in real-time. Additionally, this permission is required to enable "Focus Mode" and "Limits" by detecting when a blocked app is opened and preventing access during restricted hours. Data Privacy: No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share any personal data, messages, or sensitive information. No Recordings: We do not record your screen or read any text inside your apps. Local Processing: Gesture detection happens entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Optional: You can enable or disable this permission at any time through your Android Settings. Track every scroll and take back your time with BrainGuard.
