BP Big Start

BP Big Start is a workout continuity tracker designed for lifters and trainees who want to understand how smoothly their training sessions flow from start to finish. Instead of focusing only on weight lifted or calories burned, BP Big Start helps you measure the time spent in productive training versus interruptions, pauses, and other breaks. With real-time session tracking, workout planning, interruption logging, history, and trend insights, BP Big Start gives you a simple way to understand your training consistency and identify where your workout flow can improve. Key Features Continuity Scoring See how consistently your workout flows by comparing productive training time with interruptions. beTpawa Big Start calculates your continuity score using real session timestamps, including total session time, interruptions, and net productive time. Live Session Timers Start a workout and track your session in real time. Timers are designed to continue working when the app moves to the background or the device restarts, helping preserve your session information. Interruption Tracking Record pauses and interruptions during training using six built-in categories. Review your sessions later to understand what commonly breaks up your workout routine. Workout Planning Create structured workout plans with exercises and planned sets before you begin. When you're ready to train, launch a plan directly into a live workout session. History & Search Keep a record of previous workouts and quickly find specific sessions using search and filters. Review your training history whenever you want. Trends & Insights Explore daily and weekly summaries along with longer-term trends. BP Big Start helps you identify patterns in your workout consistency over time. Local-Only Storage Your workout information stays on your device in a local database. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud service, and the app does not require runtime permissions for media, location, or personal data. Whether you want to make your gym sessions more consistent, reduce unnecessary gaps between sets, or simply understand your training flow more clearly, beTpawa Big Start gives you one straightforward metric to follow: how smoothly your workout actually progressed from beginning to end.
