BounceDay: Party Rental Ops

Bounce house rental software that runs a party-rental operator's whole weekend. BounceDay is for the operator who is the whole company — you answer the phone, you load the trailer, you set up in somebody's backyard, and you do it four more times before dark. YOUR STOREFRONT — YOUR PUBLIC BOOKING PAGE One link with your units, your own photographs, your prices, and the units already promised to somebody else on the customer's date. Requests land quarantined: you see the date, the units and the message, and nothing books until you accept it. Switch on instant booking and a request that fits your rules books itself. REQUESTS INBOX Every booking request from your storefront in one place, with the customer's name, phone and email there once you accept, and one tap each to call, text or email them. CONFLICT-SAFE BOOKING CALENDAR The booking composer blocks a double-booking as you build it and offers same-kind swaps. One inflatable is never promised to two parties on the same afternoon. QUOTES, E-SIGNED CONTRACTS, DEPOSITS Build the quote, send a rental contract with your waiver and weather policy written into it, and take the deposit that reserves the date — from the truck. WEATHER FLAGS — WE FLAG IT, YOU DECIDE BounceDay checks the National Weather Service against rain and wind thresholds you set yourself, and shows you the raw forecast next to your own numbers. It never auto-cancels and never auto-reschedules, and when forecast data does not arrive it says so rather than telling you it is clear. DAY-OF MODE, OFFLINE Today's stops in order with directions, per-stop setup and teardown safety checklists, and photo stamps on the items that need them. It works with no signal — check-offs and photos queue and sync when the bars come back. INSURER-READY SETUP RECORDS Every completed safety checklist composes into a formal PDF: per-unit checks, photo timestamps, the date, your brand. BounceDay records completion; it does not certify safety. The standards and the judgment stay yours. PER-UNIT PROFIT AND LOSS Revenue, utilization, repair and cleaning cost, and net — per unit, across the season, so you know which units earn their garage space. CSV and PDF export. VERIFIED REVIEWS Only people who actually booked can leave a review, and each one says so on your storefront. YOUR MONEY, YOUR DATA Your money lands in your own accounts — never in a BounceDay balance. Take deposits and balances on your own payment details, or turn on card and bank transfer and collect through BounceDay; either way the money settles to an account you own. Everything you put in comes back out: JSON and CSV export of your own data on every plan, forever. Account deletion is in the app. WHAT COMES WITH WHAT Photograph your fleet, then, on Solo and up, send signed and deposited bookings from your phone and walk Saturday's ordered stops. Photo-stamped setup records come on every plan, watermarked on the free plan. Weather flags and per-unit P&L come with Pro and up. Crew adds seats for your drivers. Winter is not full price. Pause to a read-only plan that keeps your archives and your rebooking list warm, and come back in spring. Weather flags read the US National Weather Service, so they cover addresses in the United States. Questions: [email protected]
