Bookfox is the scanning app for people who sell used books to Bookfox: independent scouts, and the staff and volunteers of book sales and thrift stores. Scan a barcode with the camera or a Bluetooth scanner. In under a second the app tells you whether Bookfox buys that book and what it pays. Books that pass go into your batch. Books that do not pass are shown as a plain "reject", so you never have to guess. For scouts - A price on every scan, before you buy the book. - One tap per visit to say which shop you are in. If you allow location, the shop you are standing in is at the top of the list. - Your batch, your total, and your submitted scans in one place. - A short briefing on each shop before you walk in. For book sales - Volunteers join with a code or a QR scan. No accounts to make. - Every scan is credited to the person who made it. - Sorting guidance for each book, so tables fill themselves.
